Pleasant Memories

Dear Senior Eagles,

I need the following items for your senior yearbook by the deadlines listed below. If you have questions about any of these, please feel free to contact me by phone or email or stop by my room. If you contact me by phone or in person, please contact me during my planning period (5th) or yearbook class (7th). I will not stop during my class to go to the phone or have a discussion in the hall.

  • One formal photo-You must use the one taken by Bill Miller for your drape/tux photo. I will have all of these photos on a disk. I’ll make them available for you so that you can tell me which photo you want to use.

  • One casual photo-For your casual photo, you may use one of the Bill Miller photos or submit one of your own. Submitted photos are due by January 31, 2018.

  • Senior Quote-Quotes should be appropriate and of a reasonable length. We reserve the right to refuse unacceptable quotes. Quotes are due before you leave for the Christmas holiday.

  • Diapers to Diplomas ad-If your parents wish to purchase a D2D ad, they may contact me at cindy.martin@cov.k12.al.us or 222-1315. Deadline for purchase is December 19, 2017. All ad photos and text for ads MUST be submitted before January 31, 2018.

  • Additional Photos-If you have photos that would be great for the yearbook, feel free to send them to me via cindy.martin@cov.k12.al.us. Photos should be submitted as soon as possible after the event as pages will be complete soon after the event.

  • Yearbook-Finally, don't forget to order your senior yearbook before the deadline. If you purchase your yearbook early, it is cheaper.

If you have questions, you may ask your classmates and my yearbook staff--Marie Josey or Miranda Fowler.

Also, we are planning to do our Who’s Who photos on the square during the month of December this year. So we will be voting for Who’s Who sometime in late October.

May you all have a great and memorable year.
